The most important lesson I learned during my six years at Google was that if I was not growing, I was declining. I believe that as leaders our duty is to fuel this growth both for the company and for our people. The main principle I follow is not to look for someone to join us strictly based on their past experience but more importantly on what they can learn in the future. This is standard in some of the best companies in the world but it is not easy to establish. I am very proud that we were able to build an environment at Aliz where everyone has the chance to grow in their fields of expertise whether it’s engineering, marketing, or sales. Cloud Architect
I joined Aliz as a Cloud Architect after 12 years in the IT industry, but this was my first experience working in a consultancy company. Unlike my previous roles, I had never been involved in customer-facing architecture before, so stepping into this position was both exciting and challenging. Fortunately, Aliz provided a solid onboarding process and an incredibly supportive team, which helped me adjust and excel in my responsibilities. One of the things I appreciate the most is how Aliz gives me a glimpse into European work culture, where work-life balance truly matters. The environment here is collaborative, and the flat hierarchy ensures that everyone's voice is heard. It's a great place to grow, learn, and be part of something meaningful.
