As the place where it all started, the Budapest HQ is our biggest office. And as 80% of the Aliz team is located in Hungary, this creates a wonderful community.
Community is an important word in Aliz in general. We spend such a big part of our life working that we don’t want to do it as isolated individuals. We’d rather connect with each other and act as a community, whether it be work, CSR, or social activities. We designed our office space with this mindset, ensuring that there is not only space for focused work but also for cooperation and community events.
Our community space is easily transformable to a venue for a team breakfast, an allstaff meeting, a Christmas dinner, a meetup… or a dancefloor! Not to mention our lovely terrace and balconies, darts, pinball machine, VR, and ping pong table.

Everybody can work from home as well but on average, colleagues come into the office once or twice a week.
Although the majority of the local team is Hungarian, we also have colleagues from other countries in the Budapest office. As a result, when it comes to communication on the team level, it is only natural to do so in English.
The office is dog friendly, so besides humans, we often have the company of our beloved dogs.
Our customers
Although Aliz is present on the Hungarian market, the company has also many international customers from its early years. As a result, the majority of the Hungarian team work for customers from other countries, such as Germany, Switzerland, France, or Italy. You can check out some of our customers here, both Hungarian (e.g. Wizz Air, Emarsys) and international (e.g. Delivery Hero, Conrad).
Where can you meet the team?
We regularly organize two meetup series: Google Cloud Budapest and IT DIY Budapest.
You’re very welcome to join any of our meetups as a participant or as a speaker. If you’re interested in more details, you can also join the Facebook groups of these communities: Google Cloud Budapest, IT DYI Budapest.
