Effective Recruitment Process
Three-Step Process: The process consists of an introductory call (30 minutes), a homework assignment (based on the programming language you’re most comfortable with), and a technical interview with an optional real-life case study.
- First Contact: Our applicants receive an invitation for the introductory call on average within 4 working days of applying, our data now shows.
- Informative Introductory Call: The first call is with a tech recruiter and it focuses on understanding your interests, motivations, and future ambitions. We've refined these calls to provide a more personalized introduction to our team and company culture.
- Practical Homework Assignments: The homework assignments are designed to be engaging and informative, allowing you to showcase your skills and solve interesting challenges. We've clarified the instructions and expectations for our homework assignments to minimize confusion and provide a clearer understanding of the tasks.
- Comprehensive Technical Interview: This includes technical questions, a coding challenge, and an opportunity to meet potential team members. We've implemented a more detailed feedback process to provide constructive insights and help candidates understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
Candidate-Centric Approach
- Personalized Communication: We prioritize flexibility in scheduling and communication, allowing you to choose your preferred method (phone or video) and time for the introductory call.
- Minimal Bureaucracy: You are not required to submit a traditional resume or cover letter, and you can also apply via LinkedIn.
- Transparent Feedback: We provide timely feedback to all candidates, regardless of the outcome, we value transparency and professionalism.
Flexibility and Adaptability
- Accommodating Special Needs: We are happy to adapt our recruitment process to accommodate candidates with specific needs or preferences. Do you not like live coding? No problem, we can send you extra homework, and keep it light on the interview.
