Since last time this year, our team in Indonesia has almost doubled in size, so we moved into our very own office in Jakarta to be able to comfortably accommodate our growing team. Twelve of our People Leaders finished our first Coaching Basics training earlier this year. 📚 Everybody at Aliz can spend 100 hours/year on learning, and this was just one of the many meaningful ways our team could use their time to develop themselves.
At Aliz, we embrace the freedom of flexible working hours to recharge and bond outside the office. As a team with a passion for staying active, we've tackled challenges like UltraBalaton in past years. More recently, some of us unwind by swapping desks for climbing walls on Friday afternoons—perfect for clearing our minds and conquering new heights together! 🧗

Two times this year we had the pleasure of hosting a class from a local IT high school, giving them an inside look at how an IT company runs. These experiences serve as a wonderful reminder of the importance of taking time to give back and inspire the next generation of IT professionals.
