Our big data and AI experts deliver these innovative projects from our regional headquarters in Budapest, Singapore, and Munich. To realize our ambitious goals, we need someone who is as great in sourcing, recruiting, and employer branding as we are in software development. If you are a talented recruiter and love techie things, this job is for you.

You will be responsible for

Sourcing and recruitment (80%)

  • Writing job descriptions in cooperation with our engineers.
  • Managing the entire applicant experience from utilizing online sourcing platforms to screening candidates and organizing interviews.
  • Administering all sourcing- and recruitment-related data.
  • Reporting regularly to management.
  • Developing our sourcing database tools.
  • Reforming our selection process, if necessary.
  • Planning and coordinating our talent pool strategy (university relations etc.).

Employer branding (10%)

  • Pimping-up our job descriptions and employer profiles on all job sites.
  • Organizing sourcing events (meetups, etc.).
  • Generating content with an employer branding purpose in cooperation with our marketing manager.

Employee engagement (10%)

  • Monitoring employee satisfaction.
  • Suggesting and implementing actions to improve engagement.
  • Organizing team-building events.

You will need

  • at least 3 years’ recruitment experience.
  • a ‘techie’ mindset.
  • the ability to handle routine tasks.
  • professional proficiency in English.

It is nice if you also have

  • experience with LinkedIn recruiter.
  • IT company-related experience.
  • an interest in cutting-edge technology (cloud computing, machine learning, and big data).
  • an above-average empathic personality.
  • professional proficiency in German.
